" Your program is perfect. The form creator my server company provided was overly complicated and simplistic. Most of the other programs on the internet were the same or just too expensive. After I found your program, I stopped looking. It does exactly what I need for all different types of applications. I will probably end up buying a membership it is so good. "

How do I access my hosted form option?
1. Once you are logged in to the site, click the button on the right navigation bar that says Form Management. This is the default location you are taken to when you login.
2. You will see the name of the form you have created and next to it will be a link that says Xtras. Click this link.
3. Click the link that says Hosted Forms.
4. Follow all on-screen instructions.
Note: Only Premium Members can access the Hosted Forms feature.
