I paid, but my upgrade has not been processed yet?
In most cases, premium upgrades are processed immediately. In some rare cases however when the chosen payment method was 'echeck' the account will be upgraded once the 'echeck' clears. This typically takes 2-4 business days.
If you have paid, and the payment is not an 'echeck', please contact us and we will look into the issue as soon as possible. If you can forward the Paypal receipt to info@mycontactform.com, this will help expedite the correction.
