The problem you are experiencing is most likely do to your e-mail client. Sometimes, e-mail clients like Microsoft Outlook remove what it believes are extra line breaks from e-mails. These line breaks are actually not extra, and are what put spaces between the questions. When it does this, it usually says across the top of the read e-mail screen (with a light yellow highlight) Extra line breaks in this e-mail were removed. To restore, click here.
