myContactForm.com sends thousands of e-mails each day and strives to ensure that each and every one of them make it to their intended recipient. Unfortunately, e-mail filters have been designed to be, at times, overzealous in their filtering of your e-mail. The number one complaint we receive from users has to do with not receiving messages from either their forms or automated account confirmation e-mails. Typically, this is caused by incorrect e-mail filtering either by your e-mail provider (Gmail, Yahoo!, AOL, Hotmail, etc.), your e-mail client software (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.), or your security suite (McAfee Internet Security, Norton 360, etc.).
In many situations, your messages will not be completely deleted but instead redirected to a 'spam' or 'junk' mail folder. These folders are called different things by different providers, but most e-mail providers (Hotmail, Yahoo!, Gmail, etc.) have some sort of folder that they direct messages they believe to be spam to. If you find a message from your forms or from myContactForm.com marked as 'junk' or 'spam', make sure to untag it.
