Error 405's are caused when your web host does not allow form posts. You need to contact your web provider and they should be able to allow you to do posts. If they can't, I'd recommend switching hosts.

Hi, I have spoken with the people from my hosting company and they say that the post method is allowed and that I can do posts but the form is still not working with the same:
"HTTP Error 405 - The HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed.

It is not possible for us to further look into this problem without the location of the live form hosted on your web server. I am 99% certain that this issue is with your web host...if you give me the address of the live form I will confirm this.
Thank you,
Nick Ladd
