Please double check your settings....it should work if you configure it from the online panel. You do not have to be a premium member for this to work.
Thanks,

I've created a second form and have set the option to HTML and it's still being recieved as text format. Can you email me the look of what the HTML format should look like. my email is scole02@bellsouth.net .
Thanks

Please forward a received form to info@mycontactform.com...what is most likely occuring is that you e-mail client is not able to view html e-mails and reverting it back to text.
Thanks,

I'll set it up to send to the address listed, my email client is Outlook 2003, and we are running Exchange 2003 server.
Thanks Scot |

I added the email address info@mycontactform.com and it said it's not active until I enter the conformation code, can your send that to me or do you do that.

The email you forwarded me IS in HTML format with the proper bolding or questions.... If it is not appearing this way on your computer it is because of some sort of problem with your e-mail client.
Thanks,

Looking at the response from both formats, the only difference I see is the bolding, when you say HTML format, I was looking for the response in the email to look like my form or at least the default form that was created within your web page.
Thanks

The only difference between html and text formats in how the actual submissions appear is the bolded questions...this indicates that it is in html format.
