Good Day,

The easiest thing to do would be to have your previous web developer give you the login credentials for the account 'HybridShop'. It looks like you're the only website currently under this account. Once you have access to that account, I'd suggest you setup the CAPTCHA feature that is available under the 'Form Security / Anti-SPAM' section of the control panel.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer forms between accounts. If you need to use your new account 'nycsem', you'll need to re-build the form under that account and then update the code on your site.
