I am the primary manager of the account and I changed my email address from my previous email to my new email. When I made that change, we now seem to be having problems with our account and form submission. When you submit a form on the website, the users get a notification saying Not Found, the requested document was not found on this server. This only happens for one of our forms on the site but not the other. |

Good Day,
This problem has nothing to do with a change to email address. This is a problem with the Redirect Page setting. You have it set to a URL that is not valid. Login to your account and check the setting at Edit > Redirect Page to make sure the form is set to a valid URL.
