When I click on the checkboxes, it doesn't come through right in the email. Instead of the responses, I get this checkbox220947

Good Day,

Try deleting the questions with the issue and then recreating it in the admin panel. Update the code on your site and test. Unfortunately, if this doesn't solve the issue, you may need to rebuild the form.
