The width is set for 600 pixels but still runs way off my webpage like it is 100%. It is even in a html table or a div at a set width. It does show way off in the preview too.
Am I missing something. Even when I edit a form that did fit, all of a sudden it goes to 100% Uuggghhh!!!

It is possible that you have set a text box to a width that is stretching the form beyond the overall width that you have specified. I am unable to confirm this however without seeing a link to the actual form embedded within your site.
