We just renewed this account (expiring 9/10/12) and the person who paid it used our PayPal Acct. The PayPal Acct should have been UPDATED before they used it as we had to change all of our company bank acct numbers two months ago due to a security breach. That means in 3-5 days the payment will FAIL as the acct is now closed. I called PayPal to try and add the new acct but they said they could not change the transaction - only you guys could. PLEASE CANCEL this transaction: Aug 27, 2012 04:41:49 PDT Transaction ID: 3NF68197BW524230V.
I will immediately pay for a NEW year with our NEW acct. Please let me know as soon as possible and I am so sorry about the inconvenience.
