I just received a report, see below. Everything was working until recently.

"The reporters are having an issue with the new jobcards website. When they attach their ASCII's with their jobcards the files come out blank when we open them on our end. It's not every e-mail but there have been several so far here and there."

This is likely either an issue with the character set on the website not being declared to use UTF-8, or more likely an issue with the email client checking the mail incorrectly decoding the attachment. Try opening one of the emails experiencing the problem in a different email client.
