My current form arrives the submitters email address.
So if fred@mactechonsite.com fills out the form we receive an email from Fred. Is there a way to change it so that we receive the "from" address as something static?
Many of our international customer email addresses get blocked in outlook and it might make more sense to receive all of our inquiries from a white listed static email address such as webleads@mactechonsite.com or something like that. |

Unfortunately, this is not possible to change. You may have some luck with the email filters if you whitelist mycontactform.com.

But the email doesn't come from mycontactfrom.com so why would it need to be whitelisted.
The email is coming directly from the submitters email address. |

The email only appears to be coming from the address. We do not have the actual power to send from any address other than our own. In the actual email header, the from will resolve back to our email server. If you whitelist the mycontactform.com email server, it will usually solve the problem. Here are some more hints on preventing email filtering:
