Is it possible to use the same form on multiple URL's at this point? I think it was mentioned that this would be an option this summer. I have a franchise website which requires approximately 28 forms. It would save me a great deal of time if I could use the same form and just make some simple changes to the HTML for each page.

This feature will be available. It is actually already programmed into the new version of the site, but we are still testing to ensure it works properly. I do not anticipate releasing this feature (along with several other new features) for at least a couple of months.

Thank you for your prompt reply. In the mean time, is it ok to produce the number of forms I need? Also, is it ok to make alterations to the html to produce a desired "look" on our websites without running into potential problems???

Yes, it is okay to create as many forms as you need. It is also okay to modify the forms outside of the online editor provided that you don't remove or add any visable or hidden fields or change any of the names of the fields.

Still not possible yet. We are hoping to launch the new set of changes by March 1 06.
