My form is to register attendees to an all day workshop split into 3 sessions. Each attendee chooses one class per session. However, since I am allowing them in another page to buy more than 1 ticket I'd like for them to be able to register more than 1 person at a time.

For example:
3 Attendees

Session 1: 2 people want to go to a mixed media class and the third person to a dance class
Session 2 - 1 person to a clay making class, 1 to a dance class, 1 person to a yoga class
Session 3 - all 3 want to go to a bead class

Is this possible?

I would likely try doing this using either a series of drop down boxes or multiline check boxes. Unfortunately, it would be tough to dynamically build the form based on the number of attendees without some custom JavaScript or other programming.
