I'm going through the wizard now to create my own form. I selected a template that I plan to edit but I'm stuck on step 10 that reads: "please select the style of the link back to myContactForm.com that will be placed at the bottom of your form..." Some of the options are: create contact forms, create email forms, build contact forms, etc. I'm not sure which one to select. I'm creating an application form and selected the Job Application template to edit later. Is this just the type of link advertising your site??

Yes, this is simply the link advertising mycontactform.com. If you upgrade your account, the link will no longer be required.
