Hi, for some reason, I am missing a form from the forms management page.
The form I am looking for is: http://www.calumetbrassfoundry.com/request-a-foundry-quote.html
Is there any way to retrieve the form, or do I need to create it again?

It look as though the form was deleted. You'll need to recreate it.

I never deleted the form though.
Can you tell when it disappeared?
This has me concerned that other forms will disappear, andI really don't have the time to recreate forms that I have already made. Is there a way to back them up, or save them somewhere? |

There is no way to recover a deleted form. The form was likely inadvertently deleted by someone with access to your account. There is nothing on our end that would have caused this.
