I've used the Pre-Defined Field for Date Selection in the past without any problem. Today I published a new form on the same site with forms that work correctly and contain the Date Selector. When the new form is published and you click on the calendar icon, it does not open a calendar, instead it jumps to the top of the page. I've read other posts and they suggest a CSS problem, but I can't seem to resolve this problem. Can you please advice. What's the fix?

Unfortuantely, there isn't a fix that fits all siuations. You need to look at the CSS that styles your website and see where it is conflicting with the calender CSS. We are currently undertaking a major upgrade for the software that will resolve this issue (due this Fall).
