When I receive the email response it appears the person must have answered the questions wrong. I ran a test and I must have answered them wrong too Very Happy
Basically, the answers are getting jumbled and being attributed to the wrong question. Thoughts on how to fix this?

I went in and repasted the code.

I have worked on the site with both Firefox and Safari.

Please delete the questions that are jumbled in the wrong order, and then re-add then in the online software. Once you've done this, update the code on your site. If that doesn't work, you'll need to rebuild the form.
