I have changed the target for my form to http://www.thelegacychurch.org/tlc/Opportunity.html and yet when I cut/paste the new html to my site and republish it still gives me the error: This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as thelegacychurch.org/tlc//opportunity_files/widget0_markup.html. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location.

How do I get it to erase the old location. I have reset the cache in my browser etc and I still cannot get it to work. Thanks!

You need to add the URL listed in the error message:

thelegacychurch.org/tlc//opportunity_files/widget0_markup.html

To you form's configuration. To do this:

1. Login
2. Click 'Edit'
3. Click 'Basic Form Information'
4. Copy the above URL to the 'Form Location' setting
