my username is dragon6. the form is 'tell a friend' at:

it's a page people are sent to when they have finished buying. the form is so that they can send me e-mail addresses of their friends that might be interested in my products.

eveything works except that the e-mail adress or addresses entered don't show in the e-mail i or they receive.

Try deleting the question "Your Friends' e-mails" (from the admin panel), and then adding a question called "Your Friends e-mails". Sometimes the ' in friends' can create an error. You can always at a later time add the ' in your favorite html editor.

I've tried that 3 times. no luck :(

Delete the old form, and create a new one from scratch. Make sure to not use any single or double quotes (' or ") in any of the questions.

i created a new one. it got a ':' where the e-mail address should be. nothing else, even if i wrote a regular message as well as the e-mail.

so i created another new one. still not getting the friends e-mails!

so, i deleted that and created another one. this time it wants to have 2 fields for the person filling it in's e-mail address although the one underneath the 'name'field doesn't seem to work (and of course that is where i wanted it!)
still nothing in the 'friends e-mail addresses' box.

i'm wondering if it doesn't like an e-mail address in the box?

I've created a test form under your account called "myContactForm.com Test" and it worked just fine. Please modify this form so it fits what you need, and then use it.
