This is my first form.

I'm sure I've done everything right. No errors appear and my email address is in okay but I get no submissions coming thru to my address.

The site is www.iheartthedjs.co.uk and was built using Serif WebPlus X4

Can anyone help please...

The form appears to be functioning correctly. If you are not receiving the emails on your end, it is likely a spam filtering issue. Please read the following FAQ:
