We run member submitted timeshare rental ads on our site. They look like this:

RENTAL: January 15, 2011 to January 22, 2011 (week 3) Pelican Resort -- Studio sleep 4 in the Marina building. Fully equipped kitchen, walk out to pool and beach. Access to many pools, deli, casino, restaurants and bakery on site. $800 per week. Renter pays $50 timeshare tax. Email awelland@xxxxx.xxx or call Ann at 000 484 4805. Refer to http://www.pelicanresort.com for pictures and location. Posted 5/11/10.

We want to automate the ad submission process so people give us all the info we require. But we need JUST the data they enter, NOT all our questions repeated. What we are now getting is this:

What is the STARTING date of your rental/sale?: 10/29/2010
What is the ENDING date of your rental/sale?: 11/18/2010
What is the name of your timeshare resort and its location (if not SXM)?: Joe's Nudist Camp
Please type your ad here. Keep it brief. NO AD MAY TOTAL MORE THAN 125 WORDS. Include your first name if you want it in the ad text.: Wow, this is fun.
What is the price of your timeshare rental/sale? If price is per week (for multiple-week ads), please specify per week.: $2
Specify a phone number for responses: 000-747-8281

But we need this:

We can't use output with questions... takes too much time to process. How can we solve this? I am a paying member. These come from members only... no spam issue at all. (Site is passworded.) Form name is JMB Website Supporters Timeshare Rental / Sale Submission Form

I did one test of this form (see prior message). The input was from the acknowledgement of the submission. I *never* received the form input, as I normally should...and I've waited at least 15 minutes...

The messages are being sent, please check your spam filters. If the messages are appearing in the Message Center, then they are being sent.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to format the emails as you would like. This is not a configurable option. You could do some third party coding which would parse the emails, but this is beyond the scope of what we offer.
