All of the sudden the forms in my account have stopped working and it says: The user who this form belongs to has been suspended.
The owner this form has exceeded their quota for form submittals for October.

Why? It also says my account has been suspended in the premium section but I paid for premium membership.

Help!

Your account was most likely suspended for violating the Terms of Service.

Please read the TOS, remove any offending forms, and email info@mycontactform.com to have your account reinstated.
