I've specified as per instructions the email address I want the submissions to be sent to. It has the option checked to send it to one email address only. But it never arrives there, instead, I get the email in my inbox. What's up? Rolling Eyes

Good Day,

It is not possible for the emails to get sent to an address not specified under Edit > Send to Address. There are a couple things to check:

1. Make sure you are editing the proper form; users often confuse multiple forms.

2. Check to make sure you do not have any email forwarding setup on your end for the email address.
