When I try to submit a form the following error message comes up

"■This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as digitalphotoevents.co.uk/contact.html. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location."

I've checked the coding and that is correct but not the same as the error message.

The error message is correct. Within the form configuration you currently have the URL form location specified as:

http://www.digitalphotoevents.co.uk/contactus.html

In reality, the form is located at:

http://www.digitalphotoevents.co.uk/contact.html

You need to change this configuration element under Edit > Basic Form Information. Please note that you may be confusing the two forms of the same name that you have under your account. Make sure that when you are editing the form location for this form, you are changing the form with the 'Form ID' of 73695 (you will see this number as part of the URL in the URL bar while you are editing the form).
