I went into my form to edit some questions from a drop down to multi-answer check box and I get this error: "Couldn't Execute Query 2".
Also:
My dropdown lists appear for the wrong question or duplicate when I go to view the form.
Two separate issues I suppose.

Troy,
Please list the specific form and question that is giving you the error. Also, include what options you would like available for the multi-check box question. I will go ahead and look into this, see what the issue is, and take measures to correct it.
Thank you,
Nick Ladd

The Form is "AN Referral Request"
One of the questions I was trying to edit:
"I Need to be Referred to:"
When I change the "Type of Field" from a Drop Down Box to a "Check Box - Multi Answer" I get the "Couldn't Execute Query 2" error.
I don't even get to the part where I enter the options.
Also, when I click to View the form, it displays the wrong drop downs for the wrong questions. _________________ mortgagescamsexposed.com |

I found a bug in our script that was causing the problem you were experiencing. I have fixed it. In addition, I have gone through your form and changed the dropdowns to match the proper questions...for all of the ones that I could figure out. Please login to the site and manually change the answers to any of the drop downs that are not showing the correct answers.
Thank you,
Nick Ladd

Ok...we're making progress. The other problems seemed to get resolved.
Howver, when I try to change the question on my "AN Referral Request" form "I have read" back to what it should have been "I have Read "Mortgage SCAMS Exposed!" it does not take the question change when I preview the form. The drop downs change fine, just not the question itself.

The problem is fixed. The issue was with using double quotes instead of single quotes around the book title. I've replaced them with single quotes, and it works. If you want to use double quotes, manually change this is your html editor once you have downloaded the HTML.
Thanks,
Nick Ladd
