I have added some additional email addresses to receive copies of forms that are being submitted. After inputting their address MyContactForm says they will receive an email with instructiions to activate the address. Those emails are not being received. I have sent emails to them through my IP and it works fine. By the way, these addresses worked prior to this and only started having this problem a couple of months ago.

I have done as you suggested, but it still doesn't work properly. Any other suggestions? |

Contact your email provider, or try another address. All messages are sent on our end. Also, try following the tips outlined in the FAQ.
