I have been using mycontactform for about 4 years. I set up the form to send an email to our church secretary and one to my personnal email account to monitor things. For about 1 month the secretary has stated that she is no longer receiving emails.
I deleted her email address and put in another email address the other day to work on it from my computer.
From the form management page I have gone to the form I want to modifiy, gone to edit, entered a new email address. Selected the edit button and then selected the two email accounts to be notified. Message at top of page said changes were made successfully.
Went to website to fill in form and submitted form. Still only get one email, not two as anticipted.

This is a filtering problem either on the local computer or on your incoming email server. The only other possibility is that you need to update the HTML after you have altered the send to settings.
