I have been adding alot of questions with radio buttons and they have been working great. All of a sudden when I now add/edit a question in the Form Management area, it says that it has been saved but when I preview the form, the question appears but the radio buttons don't. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Please delete the questions with the issues, and then re-add them. There may be some sort of error in the database record causing this.
