|
|
I am setting up my code on my site and everything works except that the form does not send the autoresponder message.
I have multiple e-mail addresses to check this but no luck.
My URL is http://www.profit-internet.net/pin/testsite.php
Any suggestions? |

I tested your form, and DID receive an auto-response. It looks like the problem is with your e-mail provider filtering the message out (most likely because of the content in the auto-response). For more information:

Thanks Nick: What seemed to be the problem was my e-mail was too long, so I shortened it before I went to bed and I was getting the messages too.
How many characters can the autorepsonse be?
Any option to lenghten it?
Please let me know.
Thanks |

There is currently no limit to the number of characters for the autoresponder. Most likely what is occuring is that the content of the autoresponse is triggering SPAM filters with your internet provider.
Thanks,
