I created a website with Vista Print (www.vistaprint.com). I tried to cut and paste my attachment form into my website and it won't work. Can you assist me?

Unfortunately, I have never used VistaPrint, so my advice will be somewhat limited. I see under the 'Schedule a Reporter' portion of your site it appears that you've tried to post the form. It looks as though the software you are using stripped away all of the form HTML that you tried to post into the site.

Unfortunately, many web based HTML editors behave like this. Typically there is some sort of functionality to insert HTML into the site. You will most likely need to read the VistaPrint documentation and/or contact their support to find out how to do this.
