I am having a recent problem w/a form that was working fine... there are many required fields on the form. Each time I try to submit the form it picks a new field that is required and tells me it needs to be filled out... AND ALL FIELDS ARE FILLED IN... All fields in the form are text, so it is not the issue of it being the wrong characters. The form worked fine yesterday and has for over a year.

Delete the questions causing the problems from the admin panel and then re-add them. Once this is done, update the form HTML.

If this doesn't work, post the URL and I will investigate further.
