Hello myContactform contacts -- i signed up as a paying member to your service to expedite an rsvp form, but am having difficulty resolving my form issue. My topic on the boards is under the name "Form not being delivered
". I posted a follow-up, even including my source code, in hopes that I could get some further help. Yet to hear anything.
As this is the first attempt i've made at using your service, i'd like to know if it actually works. Otherwise, the $29 needs to be refunded.
Let me know, and thanks for looking into it. |

Unfortunately, dnn's framework contains a master form that encompasses all interior modules. Therefore, your product won't work w/ dnn sites as you can't add a </form> tag per your feedback.
Who do I contact in regards to a refund on my Premier membership?
Also, if you only deal with support issues once a day, you should publicize that in your Support information, as well as list a tentative time of day that this occurs. Otherwise, customers like myself assume you're supporting the product regularly and simply not responding. |

Please email me, info@mycontactform.com in regard to a refund.
You should be able to insert the end form tag by simply adding it to the front end of the myContactForm.com HTML before you add it into your site.
