|

Hi, I'm using sitecube, a do it yourself "template" website builder and have set up a registration form using mycontactform.com. When I test submission I receive this error -
This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as shaughnessydance.com/web-storage/webstorage1/registrationform.html. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location.
I've gone into mycontactform.com and pasted in the url shaughnessydance.com/web-storage/webstorage1/registrationform.html as requested but it doesn't make a difference. The url is so long that it takes up 2 lines, can that be the problem?
Note that both the client and the business receive an email copy of the registration form submission despite the error page so really this isn't a big deal, but it would be nice if clients didn't see the error page.
I saw similar posts in this forum but none seemed to be resolved, can anyone suggest a solution?

Good Day,
The error message is correct. You do not have the form location properly entered.
Currently you have it configured for:
shaughnessydance.com/web-storage/webstorage1/contactform.html
The proper URL is:
http://shaughnessydance.com/web-storage/webstorage1/registrationform.html
The URL you have it configured for does not exist.

Thank you very much. I have zero technical knowledge which is why I missed what must be a very obvious step. It works now, thank you.
