Issue: All responses to multiple questions on my form-Application--come back in replies to my admin email as: checkbox229843. Same reply comes back to me with every uncompleted field.

Good Day,

Please delete the checkbox questions from the administration panel and then re-add them. This will typically fix the problem. If this doesn't work, you'll need to re-create the form.
