We're having a problem downloading all records because they're shifting around in order.
For example, we had downloaded data at the end of the day on 6/1, noting who the last record was.
When we went to download again today, 6/3, the noted record now had one new entry above it and four new entries below it on the main Message Center page. The "Date" now reads 6/2, although it's still 6/1 inside the data.
How can we accurately track who has and has not been downloaded? |

I will investigate the date issues for the next update, but to the best of my knowledge they are functioning correctly.
Please double check that you are downloading the data correctly, and that you are reading the records correctly. This function has been tested.

Nick,
Check out sisterhood_junna. The time stamp on her email and the Date on the Message Center do not match. What was formerly the last entry is now in the middle of five new ones.

Okay, I see the issue. The date the you can sort by within the Message Center is based on the time stamp of the actual database record within the datebase (this makes it sortable). Our server is located in the Central Time Zone, so all of these dates are relative to this time zone.
The text date seen within the message body is based on the Time Zone that you have configured under the 'My User Information' panel. This date has nothing to do with the database record and is more for user convenience.
The date had already rolled over for the message you are referencing within the Central time zone to 6/2. According to your local settings though, it was still 6/1 when it was submitted. This is why there is a difference in what you are seeing in the 'date' column and the actual message.

So it's strictly date, not time, so all 6/2 entries roll together and are sorted by some other field? |

All of the entries are sorted by the date that you see in the 'date' column on the overview page. The date/time stamp that you see when viewing the actual message does not control any of the sorting.
