I've read this under premium membership but have never figured out how to do this. what is this and how is it done?
We do have premium membership.

1. Login
2. Click 'Xtras'
3. Click 'Hosted Form'
4. Click 'Enable'

This will provide you with a live copy of your form hosted on our server.

If this is done, can we still paste the HTML on our webpage or is it either one or the other?


Both the hosted form, and the HTML version placed on your website would work.
