I am testing my form and the attachments do not come through on the e-mails. I have tried two different e-mail accounts and two different e-mail clients and still get no attachments. I have toggled the attachment disabler option to allow attachments.

This is frustrating, as the whole purpose of creating the form was to take in contest entries that needed to be attached to the form.

Your code appears correct. If you are not receiving the attachment, it is most likely due to your email client or anti-spam software removing the attachment.

I'd recommend pointing the form to a free email address with a web client that I know works (such as Gmail), and testing it from there.
