Hi

I am confused. I have a form on a website and amongst other fields are one for telephone no. and one which allows a selection from a drop-down menu.

A number of emails being generated by the form are returning the phone no. as the response to the question with the drop-down menu (as well as the response to the telephone no. question).

The actual response to the drop-down question is nowhere to be seen.

Anyone got any bright ideas?

Delete both of the questions associated with the problem from the control panel and then re-add them. Update the HTML on your site and see if this fixes the issue. If it doesn't you will need to rebuild the form.
