Customers are receiving the following when trying to submit our form:
* The user who this form belongs to has been suspended.
The form is located at:
https://www.thebeadgarden.com/classregistration.htm
Can you please tell me what is going on and how we can correct it??

Ok, found out why we are getting this ERROR message... we collect CC info on the form, which is a violation of TERMS OF USE, however, we also purchased a SSL Certificate from our host, hence the HTTPS. Wouldn't this solve any security issues that Mycontactform form might have...
Please advise.

The SSL certificate DOES NOT secure the form. Credit card information must never be sent via email because ALL email is sent in plain text. The SSL certificate only encrypts the data from web browser to server. It DOES NOT encrypt the data once it leaves the web server in form on an email. This is why sensitive data must never be sent via email.
