I get this message: "Couldn't Execute Query 2" when I try to delete
question #6 on my form titled "Online Reservation Form". I am doing
this in form management and am typing "yes" in the box before
attaempting to delete it. My user name is "edjewcollins" . I apoligise for my previous post on the forum, I had neglected to read the rules, sorry. The form is not on my webpage currently because it is wrong and I can't fix it due to this malfunction.

I posted above it is question #6, specifically, it is the question asking for their email address. I didn't know you included an email question automatically so I put one in.

I just logged in to your account and was able to delete the question (E-mail Address) without receiving any sort of error message. The problem that you were experiencing may of been a temporary glitch.
Thanks,
Nick Ladd
