My contact form is saying that there is a broken link. So there for I cant get any info from my clients...What's going on with the forms today..Are you having issues?

There are no issues right now. You most likely have configured the form to redirect to a page on your website that doesn't exist.

Go to Form Management > Edit > Redirect Page

Make sure that the Redirect Page you are using is a valid URL.
