I want to change the "send to" address on a form but have customized the form since I copied it. How do I do this without having to redo the changed code?

If you form is currently setup to send to only one predefined e-mail address, you can change the settings for the send-to address without updating the html on your site. Just update the setting by logging in to your myContactForm.com account without any need to re-copy and paste the html to your site. For more detailed information, please read the following FAQ:
