hi
when i try to submit on my web page i get redirected to google instead of the web url i tipped while building the form.
besides this nobody receives an automated reply and i don't get any submitted forms.
i checked the form more then 3 times but couldn't find a reason. |

I tested both of the forms listed under your account and couldn't replicate the problem.
Please point out to me the specific URL experiencing the issue.

We corrected the problem by removing the Google search link which was above the myContactForm link on the page. We don't know why that worked, but it did! |

The most likely cause was adding the myContactForm.com within the open form tag embedded in the google code. If you want to have both on the same page, you need to make sure the form tag within the Google code is closed before pasting in the myContactForm.com code.
