can't get the code for the form

I created another email address in my account and after I go thru the process and the system asks for my confirmation code it says something like 'email already exists' and there is no 'GET HTML' box option. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try deleting the email address from the My User Information panel and then re-adding it.
