I'm having a problem with one of my websites. For some reason it won't post the form. I'm using Cute Site Builder for the website on all of my sites and the others work fine.
There is no longer any help from them so I thought I'd ask here. Cute site builder had a form generator built into the program which was hosted by them. Recently I've been getting a message that as of July 1 they will no longer forward any forms. So I found your site and it's wonderful except for this one site. I deleted their form and added the HTML from your program and tried to publish it but it wouldn't take it. It still has the old form on it. The site is www.weddingfest.com and I don't understand it. I've changed the form on a number of other sites successfully but not this one. Any ideas? |

This is very tough to answer since I am unfamiliar with the software you are using. The only advice I can offer is to make sure and edit the http://www.weddingfest.com/contact_m.htm file as this is the item in the frameset that controls the form. Once you've done this, make sure to upload and overwrite the file that is being hosted on the web server.

Thanks for the reply Nick. When I go to publish the site it does overwrite the contact.mhtm and I did delete the programs form and added the HTML from my contactforms in it's place. It still will not replace the old form even tho it's deleted in the program.
What I don't understand is why the new form won't publish and the old form remains even when I re-publish the entire site. Granted I'm not in your league when it comes to writting code and all but it just doesn't make any sense that the new form won't publish. |

Hey Dave,
My thought would be that you're not overwriting the actual file that is being hosted live. This would be the only explanation. I would double check to ensure that you are in the proper directory on the web server that is actually serving out the live HTML. If all else fails, I would contact your web host as they should be able to help you out.
