I just recently posted my form to my site: www.cmmncct.org/contact.html and wanted to try it out before I started sharing the site with a bunch of people. When I tried to fill in the form and send it... the page reloaded and and I have not gotten an email with the information I filled into the form. I also set the form up to reroute to ww.cmmncct.org/contact2.html but when I submit the information, like I noted before the page just reloads as if I had not put any information in.

You have an extra <form> tag directly before the myContactForm.com HTML that we've provided. This is the reason the form isn't working. If you delete this, it should work.
