| The form doesn't work. An error message shows up saying: the form "is not located in the correct url". But it is. I've recopied the code several times, but it just doesn´t work. What can I do. The form is hosted in observar.com/forma2mar1.html. I need help, please. |

I cannot see a live version of the form. It is not possible for me to diagnose the issue within being able to look at a live hosted version of the form.

I'm sorry, the url here is wrong, but please check the correct form in the correct url: http://observar.com.mx/forma2mar1.html
According to me, everything is ok, but the error message remains.

There is something odd going on with your form HTML. The user name associated with this form is 'deivid' (on the URL you gave me). Unfortunately, when I log in to the account 'deivid' this form is not listed under it.
What is the username of the account this form was generated from?

I am having the same problems. I have put in the correct url for my forms and I keep getting this error message:
Error:
This form is not being sent from the url where it is supposed to be located. If you are the owner of this form you need to ensure that the 'Form Location' is specified as dfwcollegeplanners.com/final_dfw_college_planners_003.htm. To change this, login to the site, click 'edit' next to the form's name, and then click the 'Basic Information' link to change the form's location.
I have changed the specified location and I get the same error. Please help. |

I sent a test through, and it looks as though you were able to resolve the issue.
