Is it possible to embed html in the autoresponder so our clients can get more than simple text as a thank you for filling out the form?
I wrote some code to include a link back to a private page on my site, and it didn't accept the code.
What to do? |

All autoresponders are sent out in plain text format to ensure universal compatibility with email clients. Because of this, it is not possible to embed HTML within the autoresponse.
However, if you simply type in the URL you would like the user to go to, most email clients will automatically turn this into a link.
